Regardless of experience level or skill, our studio welcomes all individuals willing to learn, grow, and connect through yoga as a form of fitness to achieve the art of living well. We offer various yoga styles, you can easily find a practice you will enjoy. Practicing yoga 2-3 times a week strengthens your core, improves balance, and reduce inflammation.

Mind, Body, & Living Well

Practicing yoga can help you gain flexibility, burn calories, & balance mood. Our studio has hardwood floors, mirrored walls, and offers open air, heated, and hot yoga classes.


Our studio promotes a calm and peaceful environment, we respectfully ask that students enter and wait for class quietly. Bring your yoga mat, yoga towel(s), and a bottle of water.


Classes are approximately 60-75 minutes each.  Classes are hot, heated, or Open-Air. Be sure to read class descriptions for full details on what you can expect in each experience. 


After the end of each class, feel free to rest and relax on your mat. Take this time to reflect upon and/or set your intention and align with mind, body & soul. Take care of your personal space and we will see you soon. Namaste

Class Descriptions

Stretch & Restore

In this slow and supportive practice you will experience a variety of stretches to release built up tension and stress. Learn and practice basic breathing techniques to calm the mind, energize your body, and relax the nervous system. Leave feeling stretched out, balanced, and centered. 


26 + 2 Yoga
60-75 min | See Schedule

26 + 2 Yoga is a heated practice at around 104F with 15% humidity. It consists of 26 asanas and 2 pranayama exercises, performed twice. This sequence is designed to warm and stretch muscles, enhance flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting detox and increased oxygen.


Hatha Yoga

The class focuses on the core yoga asanas (postures) with special attention to ensuring correct form and pranayama (breathing techniques).  Practiced in a room heated to 90 - 100° F with 15% humidity to help increase flexibility, reduce toxins, and release stress. This class will help you destress and improve your mind-body connection.

Vinyasa Yoga

A style of yoga which is a series of postures, one flowing seamlessly into the next, unifying body and breath.  Movement and intentions fueled by the breath helps to move stuck energies throughout the body, allowing you to release what no longer serves you. Studio windows and door will be open throughout the class. Options to modify provided for all levels of practice.


Yin Yoga

Each uniquely designed class strengthens the body and mind, connecting breath to creative movement. It blends invigorating postures for strength and flexibility, including optional arm balances, with calming, restorative poses. Breathe, sweat, and flow to discover your inner strength.


Yin/Vin Yoga

Explore the balance of yin and yang in this combination class. Begin with a slow juicy yin practice which allows the connective tissues to relax and lengthen as the poses are held for a longer period of time. Then, gradually move into a dynamic vinyasa flow to build strength and release excess prana, or energy.
