Regardless of experience level or skill, our studio welcomes all individuals willing to learn, grow, and connect through yoga as a form of fitness to achieve the art of living well. We offer various yoga styles, you can easily find a practice you will enjoy. Practicing yoga 2-3 times a week strengthens your core, improves balance, and reduce inflammation.

Mind, Body, & Living Well

Practicing yoga can help you gain flexibility, burn calories, & balance mood. Our studio has hardwood floors, mirrored walls, and offers open air, heated, and hot yoga classes.

BEFORE CLASS

Our studio promotes a calm and peaceful environment, we respectfully ask that students enter and wait for class quietly. Bring your yoga mat, yoga towel(s), and a bottle of water.

DURING CLASS

Classes are approximately 60-75 minutes each. Classes are hot, heated, or Open-Air. Be sure to read class descriptions for full details on what you can expect in each experience. 

AFTER CLASS

After the end of each class, feel free to rest and relax on your mat. Take this time to reflect upon and/or set your intention and align with mind, body & soul. Take care of your personal space and we will see you soon. Namaste

Find Your Yoga Style

Our studio offers a variety of yoga styles to accommodate your practice.

Stretch & Restore
60 min | Open-Air

In this slow and supportive practice you will experience a variety of stretches to release built up tension and stress. Learn and practice basic breathing techniques to calm the mind, energize your body, and relax the nervous system. Leave feeling stretched out, balanced, and centered. 

Vinyasa
60 min | Open-Air

Practitioners unite body, mind and breath through a series of postures, one flowing seamlessly into the next. Every sequence and class is uniquely designed as a moving meditation that creates an opportunity to become stronger, more flexible/mobile, and balanced.  It is through this process of connection that the student begins to experience physical and mental wellness, vitality and joy. Welcome to all levels of practice. Whether you’re a vinyasa beginner or experienced practitioner, you will enjoy and benefit from this flowing style of yoga.

Yin Yoga
60 min | Open-Air

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style working deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses - focused on targeting the connective tissues-ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia. Each class is usually composed of curated poses, held from 2-5 minutes each. This practice deepens relaxation, increases circulation, and promotes the mind and body.

Hot Yoga
60-75 min | Hot

Hot Yoga (26+2) is a heated practice at around 104F with 15% humidity. It consists of 26 asanas and 2 pranayama exercises, performed twice. This sequence is designed to warm and stretch muscles, enhance flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting detox and increased oxygen.

Yoga & Qigong Fusion
60 min | Open-Air

Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice as part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that enhances the flow of qi (body's vital energy) through slow movements and breathing exercises.  In this class, we explore and experience the elements of our human being (mental, emotional, energetic and physical) through practices used from both Qigong and Indian yoga traditions.  This beautiful fusion of pranayama, yoga postures, qigong, self-massage, philosophy and meditation allows us to build awareness and connection with our various levels of being, self-empowering practitioners to manage their own holistic health.

Mat Pilates
60 min | Open-Air

Pilates flow with core work for stability, weights for strength in a low impact and safe hour class. We duplicate many of the Pilates apparatus exercises for a comprehensive all over body workout to balance our weaker and posture muscles for more balance physically and mentally.

Sculpt Yoga
60 min | Heated

Our sculpt yoga class targets the big muscle groups that are integral to a strong practice - the arms, legs, back, glutes, and core. In this practice we will combine yoga, weight training, and cardio to build muscle tone, flexibility, and balance. We encourage you to take this class at your own pace and rest when needed. This high intensity workout is designed to leave you feeling stronger, accomplished and uplifted.
