SheBrews Aloha strives to make our services convenient for all members. These terms and conditions are intended to provide you with a clear understanding of how recurring payments work at our studio. 1. Authorization: By signing up for recurring payments, you authorize SheBrews Aloha to charge your designated payment method automatically on a recurring basis for the agreed-upon membership or package plan. 

2. Payment Frequency: Recurring payments are typically charged on the same date as your original purchase. This may vary depending on the number of days in each month. For example, some months have 30 days or 31 days. 

3. Membership Duration: Recurring payments are associated with a specific membership duration, which can vary depending on the package you choose.  

4. Cancellation and Refunds: If you wish to cancel your recurring payment, login to your account via website www.shebrewsaloha.com or Spaces mobile app, and cancel your plan in the “Subscriptions” section of your member profile or you must provide written notice to SheBrews Aloha at aloha@SheBrewsAloha.com 10 days prior to the renewal date. All plans are non-refundable, non-transferable and are not prorated. 

5. Payment Updates: If there are any changes to your payment method or billing information, it is your responsibility manually make the changes to your account. Failure to provide updated payment information may result in a disruption of your membership. 

6. Price Adjustments: SheBrews Aloha reserves the right to adjust the prices of plans or packages without prior notice. If you have an existing recurring payment plan, you will be notified in advance of any price changes that will take effect on future billing cycles. 

7. Non-Transferable: Recurring payments are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or used by another person. Your pricing plan is intended for your personal use only. 

8. Studio Policies: By enrolling in recurring payments, you agree to abide by our studio policies and guidelines, including class reservations, late cancellation policies, and any other rules or regulations that apply to our services. SheBrews Aloha’s class plans and packages expire based on the date of purchase correlated with that plan.
