Using yoga as a basis, our 60-minute yoga sculpt class targets the big muscle groups that are integral to a strong practice - the arms, legs, back, glutes, and core. In this practice we will combine yoga, weight training, and cardio to build muscle tone, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all levels, we encourage you to take this class at your own pace and rest when needed. This high intensity workout is designed to leave you feeling stronger, accomplished and uplifted.
