About the Class

Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that fuses elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Using small, controlled movements and light resistance, it focus on separate muscle groups and emphasizes increased time under tension to build muscular endurance, improve balance, and enhance flexibility and posture. Movements are performed both standing and on the mat, and is accessible to all fitness levels—no experience needed! Just bring a willingness to move, shake, and feel the burn in a supportive and empowering environment.
