Using a chair for support, you’ll gently stretch, strengthen, and release tension in key muscles, improving flexibility, balance, posture, and body awareness. Because you’re seated or anchored, there’s a much lower risk of falling, making this especially helpful for those with balance challenges or mobility restrictions.
