Meditation can give you a daily practice for a sense peace, calm and ground your inner spirit. You can use this practice to help cope with stress and focus your attention. We will explore daily breathwork and learn how to create a sacred space.

Meet Satchie

Satchie Wolfe has been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching for the past five. Her yogic path unfolded naturally as she experienced deep healing and powerful effects on her mind, body, and spirit. She is passionate about sharing the tools that have changed her life and help keep her grounded, calm, and more compassionate in the everyday moments.


Born and raised in Hawaii, she was eager to explore and travel at a young age. She has traveled all over the world and lived abroad in New Zealand and most recently Austin, Texas. She has trained and studied with some of the best teachers in Austin and traveled to Dharamsala, India to complete her 300 hour teacher training. She is excited to return home to her roots and serve the local community that is so dear to her heart.


She strives to provide artfully curated classes whether you are flowing to the jams in vinyasa, or relaxing with stillness in yin. You will find yoga philosophy trickled into her teachings as well as an emphasis on breath techniques to calm the mind.


​When she's not teaching yoga you can catch her chasing her one year old, surfing, painting, making jewelry, reading, or cooking.
