Yoga for Surfers | A Donation-based Class

With the movements of surfers in mind, this class focuses on strength, mobility, and recovery. Join us for a 60-minute community class to move, stretch, and connect with fellow surfers and sages!

Bring your surf buddies and join us for this uplifting session led by Kendall Barker — our studio’s Yin Yoga teacher who spends most of her free time in the ocean, either surfing or diving.

Note: 

• Wear anything comfortable and easy to move in. Bring your own mat, towels and water. (no surf board needed!)

• Our studio is eco-conscious and AC-free.

Kendall Barker

Kendall Barker is a passionate yogi and lifelong student, Kendall has spent the past 7 years immersed in practice, teaching, and the philosophy of yoga. Dedicated to promoting wellness through the eight limbs of yoga, Kendall skillfully adapts classes to meet the needs of diverse populations across age, ability, and background. Her teaching journey has taken them to many unique spaces worldwide, most recently bringing yoga philosophy into correctional facilities on Oʻahu. Off the mat, Kendall is a professional cook with a love for farm-to-table and fusion cuisine. She also spends most of her free time in the ocean, either surfing or diving.
