Ever wondered how to begin your own sourdough journey? Join us for a fun and informative demo where we’ll show you how to create and care for a healthy sourdough starter — the living heart of every loaf!

Guided by Bridget Gould, our Mat Pilates teacher and passionate home baker, this session will walk you through the simple process of starting and maintaining your own culture. She will also share some of their homemade sourdough creations for tasting, along with practical tips for successful sourdough baking.

We’ll show you what equipment you actually need (and what you can skip!) and share a few of our favorite tried-and-true recipes to get you started.

Discover why sourdough has been loved for centuries — it’s naturally fermented, easier to digest, rich in flavor, and a beautiful way to slow down and connect with food.

You’ll take home your own live sourdough starter to continue growing and baking with at home — no experience or kitchen setup required!
