Join us to learn simple, daily self-care rituals that will level-up the most important relationship in your life – the one with yourself! Kamala will share rituals that enhance Whole-Body Wellness; as you learn to incorporate those that support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. You will go home with a personalized self-care daily ritual plan and a Cleansing Recipe that supports your body’s ability to detox. We will also share more about our very first upcoming SheBrews Self Care & Cleanse Program – the perfect opportunity to release and reset, as we move into the Fall months.

Kamala teaches yoga to anyone who is interested in learning, and especially loves teaching those new to yoga – " I feel blessed to be able to connect with and teach seniors , blind people, and women over 50 who have always wanted to try , but thought that they couldn’t do it. I love teaching others how to create a healthy relationship with their bodies and with stress through various modalities, including yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and guided vision exercises. All of these modalities inform how I show up as a coach and are included as resources to draw in our coaching relationship."
