A Retreat for the Senses

Sound healing creates a moment in our lives where we feel harmony with universal energy, and when underlying fields such as physical, emotional, and psychological phenomena align peacefully. This sound healing experience will be performed by two talented practitioners.

Students will enjoy: Crystal singing bowls, Chime meditation, calming aromatic elements, Fork tuning, and brief temple massage. The tuning fork transmits vibrations throughout the body, increasing one's sense of well-being, mental state, and consciousness. A gentle temple massage is offered to each participant during this time.
