Experience a Transformative Yoga, Tea Meditation & Sound Journey to Welcome the Year of the Snake 🧘🍵🎶
Join us for a transformative Saturday afternoon dedicated to turning inward and connecting with our heart as we embrace the new lunar year of the Snake. Combining the practices of yoga, Chinese tea meditation, and sound stimulation, we will be creating a space for relaxation, renewal and transformation. Our body and spirit will feel much refreshed, centered and inspired for the new year!
What to Expect:
Yoga with Andrew Conner:
Our studio yoga teacher, Andrew (PYT2000), will guide us through a mindful 50 min yoga practice focused on the body alignment and mental clarity. Through intentional asana and breath, we will cultivate awareness and connect deeply with our bodies, setting the stage for inner reflection.
Tea Meditation and Sound Stimulation Experience with Kursten Brewer:
Sip in the art of Chinese tea with Kursten, the owner of Jade Frog Tea and a tea ritualist with over 10 years of experience in combining Chinese tea and meditation. Kursten will introduce us to a flow of drinking exquisite Chinese tea, sharing their unique qualities and a few drops of healing wisdom behind each brew. As we sip, we will engage our senses and open our hearts to stillness, finding deeper clarity through the heart connection, softly traveling and landing back with the soothing musical sound experience of the Handpan.

This event is open to all levels of yoga practitioners and anyone interested in exploring the healing potential of tea meditation and sound. Whether you are looking to set intentions for the new year, deepen your yoga practice, or simply enjoy a peaceful afternoon, this gathering is for you.
