🧒Keiki Pop Dance with Cara Horibe | 4:15–4:45 PM

A fun, pop-culture–inspired dance class for keiki! Kids will move, groove, and express their creativity in a playful, encouraging environment. No experience needed! Cara, our yoga teacher, was a former professional dancer who started dancing at age 9 and performed with Fanny Pak, featured on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew.

Try a taste of Vinyasa in this upbeat, 30-minute mini class! Move through a lively sequence of poses linked with breath, building strength, flexibility, and energy—all while having fun.
