Experience a Calm and Restorative Sunday afternoon with Acupuncture and Healing Sounds 💆♀️💆♂️
Our first Acupuncture & Sound Bath event in May was a beautiful success—and we’re thrilled to bring it back!
Join us for a special Sunday afternoon of deep relaxation and energetic realignment. You'll experience a soothing acupuncture protocol designed to ground and harmonize your nervous system, while bathing in the healing sounds of shamanic drumming, crystal singing bowls, and Koshi chimes. 🌿
Herbal tea will be offered to support your relaxation and integration.
This unique experience is guided by Sandra Gil of Kai Healing — a licensed and board-certified Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Energy Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, and Spiritual Coach with over 10 years of experience.
Arrive 5-10 minutes before the event to settle in.

Sandra Gil, originally from Lima, Peru, is a Licensed and Board Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist, Energy Healer, Shamanic Practitioner and Spiritual Coach with over 10 years of experiences studying and serving with different healing modalities.
She pursued a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ICAOM) in Honolulu, Hawaii. She also holds certifications in Advanced Shamanic Studies and Shamanic Healing, Magnified Energy Healing , Intuitive Skills, Crystal Healing, Yoga (200 HR YTT) and Acupoint Injection Therapy. Her purpose is to be of service and offer support and guidance to others in their journey; allowing them to access their innate power to heal.

This session is perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or simply a quiet evening to recharge.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat (you can also rent one from our Studio).
Bring your own eye mask and pillow to enhance your comfort during the session. (optional).
