It began with a vision, shared passions, and a

coffee-fueled conversation with close friends. Fittingly, it was in this communal space that SheBrews Aloha came to be. As we continue to develop our space, we look to create and nurture a close-knit community of new and familiar faces. Regardless of experience level or skill, our studio welcomes all individuals willing to learn, grow and connect through the art of yoga.

Before Class

Bring your yoga mat, yoga towel(s), and a bottle of water. Please be aware of your personal hygiene. Our studio has hardwood floors, mirrored walls and is heated from above by an infrared heating system.

During Class

Classes are approximately 60-75 minutes each.  Some of our classes are heated while others are open window.  Be sure to read Class Descriptions for full details on what you can expect in each experience.

After Class

After the end of each class, feel free to rest and relax on your mat. Take this time to reflect upon and/or set your intention and align with mind, body & soul.  Take care of your personal space and we will see you soon. Namaste
